Starting at 5pm, the town of Ay is, very independently of FM4FW, celebrating King Henri IV, for those of you would like to celebrate his biennial visit. Every year we host a morning of intensive and high level roundtables about cutting edge topics within the ecosystems that affect Fine Wine such as Fine Dining, luxury, sustainability, geopolitics, finance, tech, research... This year the roundtables are likely to encompass everything from Gen Z to Quantum information. The roundtables constitute an essential aspect of FM4FW in that they foster the opportunity for the creation of new thought, combining the best ideas in order to guide the best outcomes. The objective is to shape solutions to complex problems and forge a collective vision for the future.
